Kaduna State Government has suspended exchanging at the well known week after week Kawo market.
The request on Thursday came days after the public authority suspended comparable business sectors in five other neighborhood government spaces of the state.
This was contained in a proclamation by the state chief of Internal Security and Homeland Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, on Thursday, “the Kawo week after week market which for the most part holds each Tuesday in Kaduna North LGA has been suspended with quick impact”.
“The Government of Kaduna State wishes to feature that the past mandates suspending week after week markets, and selling of petroleum in jerrycans in Birnin Gwari, Giwa, Chikun, Igabi and Kajuru LGAs, just as restricting the felling of trees for lumber, kindling and charcoal and other business purposes in Birnin Gwari, Kachia, Kajuru, Giwa, Chikun, Igabi and Kauru LGAs, are as yet in power.
