Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Otunba Bola Hamed Tinubu’s wife Remi Tinubu, has said she does not trust the Igbo.
Remi Tinubu, who won a re-election to the Senate in the February 23 elections, said this after voting in the ongoing governorship and State House of Assembly election on Saturday, March 9.
In a video captured and reported by Punch, the senator is heard telling an Igbo man, Charles Nnamani, that Igbo did not vote for President Muhammadu Buhari.
“Igbo, we no dey trust una again,” she told the man in pidgin English.
Concise News understands that Tinubu also lauded the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a hitch-free exercise.
According to her, the exercise has been free thus far even as she expressed confidence that the APC would emerge winner.
